Douchiest drink.

bought one anyway. Skipped breakfast and forgot my coffee at home.

I generally avoid energy drinks - the only vitamins I take are 1000 IU daily of vitamin D and a B complex - and I already pee a neon yellow. But that does sound good. If I get a Monster it’s typically a Moca Loca. Because all the rest are gross.

Like PBR, which is fine (it’s not), but “enjoyed” ironically by so many hipsters, I would bet that it is the douchiest.

For dirt-cheap beer, High Life is far superior. Personally, I’d rather have something the color of coffee and really malty, or something cloudy with a citrusy, lightly hopped finish.

FWIW, Monster Milk is a Cytosport sports nutrition drink. Has Creatine Monohydrate in it. It’s not a Monster Energy product like Muscle Monster.

Jagerbomb without a doubt. But it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a bar and wasn’t there just for live music. It’s been a long time since I’ve barbacked too.

17g of sugar is about the only thing. Since I switched to protein shakes most mornings (8 oz of FairLife skim/ 1 scoop of Designer Whey Double Chocolate - total about 200 kCal, 33g protein, and I stay full most of the morning) and my wife and I are working out more often than before, I’ve dropped 30 lbs since the beginning of May. But when you start at 340 lbs it’s easier to lose. I’ve also noticed my fat is migrating. It’s more subcutaneous than corporeal. My core is much more solid and covered in flab than the belly that seemed firm.

Look up Maine Roast Protein Coffee powder, I make a shake with that plus a flavored protein powder for about 45p/4c/3f. The coffee powder itself is 110 cal and 150mg caffeine per serving.

I French-press my coffee and put Fairlife/stevia in it. I love hot coffee. I also learned that Designer Whey is a suspension, and not a solution. Big ol’ globs of hot protein in the bottom of my coffee cup yesterday.
